Vivo Y200e Officially Landed With Amazing Specifications & Impressive Design.
Last October, Y200 was officially launched by Vivo and promised to launch a new model of this series in February ( This month), By fulfilling their promise Vivo has launched Vivo Y200e today, and there are many similarities in this model than its predecessor.
Onto the details, Vivo has featured a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FullHD+ and a refresh rate of 120Hz, the same as its predecessor Y200. But this time VIvio has installed Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, far better than the previous Qualcomm 4 Gen 1 SoC.
Vivo this time in Y200e has provided two memory options, 6GB of RAM and 8GB of RAM, but unfortunately, we just get the storage capacity of 128GB, thus, that can be extended by external storage up to 1TB. But being in 2024 with a smartphone with 128GB capacity is a little uncomfortable to the user experience.
The design of this smartphone is almost the same as the Y200, in front, centered punch hole design with a 16MP camera. At the back, we get a vertical rectangular camera island with a Tri-camera system, and a 50MP main camera with 2MP depth units by a flicker sensor. Vivo’s Y200e is a total of 2.5D flat design, rear covered with Eco-Fiber Leather finish.
Although the black variant of this model doesn’t have any leather finishing on its rear panel, the thickness of the black variant is 0.2mm less than the leather one, there’s also a slight difference in weight between both models the leather one is 5.5g heavier than the black variant due to its leather, but Y200e both variants have IP54 for dust and scratch resistance.
As the Vivo Y200e has a big display of 6.67 inches, this might need a longer battery, So, this time Vivo has empowered its Y200e with a 5,000 mAh battery slightly larger than its predecessor with a 4,800 mAh battery. It supports up to 44W of fast charging through a USB-C port.
The pricing of Vivo’s Y200e for its 6GB/128GB variant is INR 19,999 and for 8GB/128GB is INR 20,999, and will be sold through Vivo’s official website and Flipkart too. Lastly, vivo’s Y03’s also coming off the covers with some budget friendly specs.
