Samsung Galaxy S24 might get a fix for its vivid display mode.
Although the Galaxy S24 series has received positive reviews, some users have had problems, especially with the Vivid Color profile. Samsung will be addressing this issue in a future update, though.
Samsung intends to add a new slider function to the phone’s display white balance settings, according to tipster IceUniverse. Users will be able to customize the color vibrancy with this slider, maybe bringing back the rich hues that are evocative of the Galaxy S23 series. Crucially, this update will provide users with the ease of switching between the former color settings and the new Vivid profile.
A Reddit thread highlighting the slight variation between the base color profile and the vivid one brought attention to the problem with the vivid profile. The question of whether the problem was caused by hardware or software emerged, despite Samsung’s initial silence on the subject.
Samsung hopes to provide customers more control over the display settings on their device, allay user complaints, and improve the user experience by including the Vividness option in the next Galaxy S24 update.
