iQOO Neo 9 Pro Unveiled, Packs The Punch With Snapdragon 8th Gen 2 Chipset.
Last year, iQOO Neo 9 Pro was launched in the Chinese smartphone market only, but this year iQOO has decided to launch its global variant to debut in India, besides, there’s a major difference between these two variants (Chinese and Global). The Chinese variant of iQOO Neo 9 Pro has a Dimensity 9300 chipset installed in it while the Global variant of the same model has Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC installed in it.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro features a 6.78-inch AMOLED (LTPO) with a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 providing a refresh rate of 144Hz, along with a centered punch hole camera of 16MP and it also has an in-screen Fingerprint.
At the back, the Neo 9 Pro has a dual-tone color design with a vegan leather-covered back, there are two massive circular camera islands, one with a 50MP (IMX920 VCS) main camera and the other with an 8MP ultrawide lens.
Neo 9 Pro with such an impressive display and chipset needs a bigger battery too, so, a 5,160 mAh battery has been placed, supports up tp 120W fast charging so that users can get more enhanced longevity throughout their experience.
The software of Neo 9 Pro is fully covered by Funtouch OS 14 as based on Android 14 with a commitment regarding 3 generations of Android version updates within the security patches of 4 years maximum.
In the Indian smartphone market, this device is up for grab at the price of INR 33,999 for the 8/128GB variant, thus, will be available from March 21st, Meanwhile, the 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB variant’s price will be up on open sale on 23rd February at 12 PM.
